The garden looked lovely yesterday when a group of 40 from Henleaze Garden Club, Bristol, visited. Having been to Sandringham and the Bishop’s garden before they arrived at the Plantation Garden, they were more than happy just to wander and sit once we had given them the briefest of historical introductions! Volunteer guides Ruth, Sue and Graham were on hand to talk to those who still had the energy to take in more information. They really appreciated the garden and felt the last visit of the day had been really worthwhile. It was a pleasure to host such friendly, interested people.
