Queen Victoria's Hebe

"This Hebe has a direct connection with Queen Victoria.  She gave a spring from her wedding bouquet to the wife of the Bishop of Norwich in 1840.  It was propagated successfully, and our plant is a daughter of the hebe which flourishes in the Bishop's garden today"
